We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our Major Infrastructure Projects Team based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that are transforming Australia’s infrastructure landscape.

In your new role you will:

Support the end-to-end contract management process for major infrastructure projects.

Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and subcontracts.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.

Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.

Monitor contract performance, variations, and claims, providing timely reporting and analysis.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in contract administration processes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in contract administration within the construction, infrastructure, or materials sectors.

A strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project delivery frameworks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in business, law, construction management, or a related field.
