This is a brand-new opportunity to shape the future of our operational success in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
While experience in the cleaning industry is beneficial, it is not essential – we welcome experienced managers from wider service sectors who can bring excellent leadership, people management, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations and performance of multiple client contractsLead and support a large field-based workforce across multiple sitesConduct regular client meetings, site visits and performance reviewsEnsure service delivery meets client expectations and contract requirementsMonitor and manage staffing levels, rotas, and site cover for holidays and absenceRecruit, onboard, and develop team members to maintain operational standardsCarry out site audits, quality checks and compliance monitoringMaintain excellent communication with both clients and internal teamsDrive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of presentation on all sitesWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management roleBackground in soft FM or service-led environments (desirable but not essential)Excellent people management and leadership skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh level of organisational and time management capabilityConfident IT skills – especially MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI); PowerApps a bonusAbility to influence and build strong client relationshipsProactive, solutions-focused and customer-driven mindsetFull UK driving licence – essentialIOSH certification – essentialDBS check – preferredSchedule:Full-time, permanentMonday to Friday (flexitime available)Occasional weekend or out-of-hours support may be requiredCandidates must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate to the Derby areaIf you're a motivated, client-focused manager looking to join a supportive and professional team in an exciting new role, we’d love to hear from you.
