Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Programs Lead (Onsite)
**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team of professionals as the Logistics Programs Lead. Logistics Programs Lead will support the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) organization operating on Davis-Monthan AFB to establish, coordinate, develop and maintain functions for assigned programs to meet Air Force, local (base), Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), FAA, and OSHA compliance. The candidate will monitor requirements, coordinate, sustain and manage Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and ensure compliance with all government and BAE Systems Asset Management and Accountability standards. The Logistics Programs Lead will be the subject matter expert on the many guidelines, regulations, contract specifics, and Command/local rules that govern the programs under the members span of control. The selected candidate will be required to establish benchmarks and precedent, with the ability to work with little to no direction. Will be tasked with decision making responsibilities and will fill in for the Logistics Department Lead in their absence. Additional responsibilities include the following: + Develop, initiate, maintain and monitor Logistics training. Coordinate with CLS Training Manager to ensure currency is maintained across departments. Furthermore, this person will build, initiate, and monitor individual training plans to ensure employees are on track per CLS training documents. + Manage, coordinate and submit funding requests for internal/external customers for the purchase of tools and aircraft maintenance equipment, + Deployment readiness, coordinate with CLS Deployment Manager and CLS teams to identify requirements and compliance for preparation, movement, and return of the EA-37B CLS team off-station and support the logistics organization operating at DM + Program lead for calibration requirements for test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) within Repair Station and local compliance standards. + CLS subject matter expert for HAZMAT/HAZ Waste compliance with Base, Local, State and Federal Government instructions/regulations. + Coordinate with Base HAZ Pharmacy on EA-37B HAZMAT requirements. + Primary trainer and functional expert with the USAF Additional Duty Weapon Safety + Representative (ADWSR) program. Ensure CLS strictly follows National, Local and base guidance when storing explosive material. + Subject matter expert on all programs assigned to CLS Logistics, Safety, and accountability. + Required to communicate effectively with the site lead, on-site customer representatives, onsite-team members, and BAE Systems program team in New Hampshire. + Have or be able to gain general knowledge on Consolidated Tool Kits (CTK) inspections, checkout, check in, and common tasks performed by logistics support technicians. + Communicate with base agencies for obtaining and use of Land Mobile Radio (LMR). The Logistics Programs Lead position will fall in the umbrella of the Logistics Support Manager. In that capacity may be assigned local programs such as Facility Manager, Local Purchase Card holder, or others deemed necessary. This person will represent CLS in most if not all matters associated with HAZMAT, PMEL/TMDE, SHE, Training (departmental), Lost Tool, Tool Inspections, Spare Tools, Facilities, etc, with the expectation of working with Air Force and base office. Support the Logistics Manager and CLS Site Lead to determine compliance with Air Force, FAA and OSHA standards. Work hand-in-hand with Training Manager to ensure all required company training is accomplished on an acceptable timeline. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Candidates must ensure that resume addresses all stated requirements of the posted requisition. Only resumes that specifically include all required skills, experience and education will be considered. + Hold a Secret security clearance + Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring a comprehensive training program. + Possess excellent verbal and written communications, along with exceptional organizational and planning skills. + General knowledge of Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency Publications, and Department of Defense deployment reporting instructions. + Must have experience managing organization and department wide programs. + Above average familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Have experience with US Air Force deployment processes, procedures, databases and operations. Additionally, have experience completing cargo preparation and processing. + Undergraduate degree + 2 or more years interpreting Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency Publications, and Department of Defense deployment reporting instructions. + Use of TCMax tool accountability system to control issue/turn-in, inspections and calibration of aircraft tools and test equipment. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $86460 - $146982 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
