DepartmentSupply chain & CommercialsPositionContractor Compliance OfficerLocationReko Diq Mine Site – BalochistanQualificationBachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field preferred.Experience3 to 5 years’ experience in contractor compliance, risk management, procurement, or related roles—preferably in mining or construction industries.RequirementsStrong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry best practices regarding contractor compliance.Excellent observational, auditing, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Damstra onboarding system and SAP Ariba advantageous.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu or Baloch is a plus.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure contractor compliance with policies and regulations.Monitor contractor adherence to contractual and legal requirements.Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, HSE, Security, HR, Operations, Finance, and Project teams.Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management.Coordinate contractor training and awareness sessions.Identify and report non-compliance issues; follow up on corrective actions.Support investigations of contractor non-conformance incidents.Maintain accurate records of contractor compliance and certifications.
