Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred + 5–8 years of experience in biopharma project management, with direct Medical Affairs exposure + Proven track record in operations management within a matrixed organization + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across senior leadership levels + Strong budgeting and financial planning experience (e.g., SAP) + Proficient with MS Office Suite, SmartSheets, TEAMs, and Outlook + Highly organized, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Position Summary: The Associate Director, Medical Affairs COE will support the Global Medical Affairs Strategy Team. This individual will be responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of strategic and tactical projects tied to client’s solid tumor programs. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, budget oversight, and operational excellence across multiple initiatives in the Medical Affairs Center of Excellence (CoE). Responsibilities: + Lead and manage Integrated Medical Affairs Team (IMAT) meetings – both internal and joint with partners + Develop and execute cross-functional project plans with defined goals, timelines, and budgets + Oversee launch readiness, post-launch planning, and global medical planning activities + Maintain responsibility for CoE strategy implementation, including medical education, training, grants, and vendor management + Track program and financial progress using dashboards, Smartsheets, SAP, and other tools + Serve as liaison between client and external collaboration partners for strategic alignment + Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the CoE framework + Mentor and train team members on project and compliance methodologies + Represent Medical Affairs in cross-functional meetings, contributing strategic insight and direction System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
