Contracting and Tender Specialist BeNeLux
**Job Description Summary** As The Contracts and Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts and tenders with customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing pricing strategies, and maximizing revenue opportunities for the company's portfolio. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** Contract Management: + Initiate and oversee the full contract process including drafting, review/evaluation and sign-off on contracts, using input from the account managers where relevant. + Ensure that contracts comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. + Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documents in a centralized repository. Utilize Vistex for contract lifecycle management including pricing checks, amendments, and contract expiry. Tender Management: + Negotiate tender details with customers preparing and collecting relevant documentation. + Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor tender submissions to meet customer needs and requirements. + Manage the complete tender process in country, including researching tender opportunities, preparing tender submissions (pretender analysis), and coordinating responses with internal stakeholders. + Standardize tender process across PDx and Support Account managers with all local tender responses in conjunction with Pricing leader. Pricing Management: + Collaborate with customer over pricing disputes including interactions with customer legal team and PDx legal teams​. Relationship Management and Collaboration: + Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, finance, and regulatory affairs teams to support contract negotiations, pricing decisions, and tender submissions. + Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders on contract, tender, and pricing matters. **Qualifications and Experience** + Proven experience in contract management, tender management, or pricing analysis within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. + Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical contracts and tenders. + Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, pricing models, and market trends to inform pricing and tender decisions. + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality in contract and tender documentation. + Deep understanding of market dynamics for pharmaceutical diagnostics in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. + Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English at business level preferred. **Inclusion and Diversity** GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
