Our client, a prestigious academic institution, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator! This contract-to-hire position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic academic environment and provide high-level administrative support for the Dean's Office.
About You:
A bachelor's degree is required for this position1+ year of previous professional administrative support including managing complex calendars, business travel arrangements, and event coordination is preferredProven experience providing advanced administrative support in a fast-paced office settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple stakeholdersHighly organized, with excellent time management and ability to prioritize effectivelyProficient with office technology and software, including scheduling tools and event coordination platformsAbility to work independently, solving problems proactively with minimal supervisionAbout the Job:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Dean's OfficeManage the Dean's calendar and coordinate travel arrangementsAssist with event planning, including venue reservations, catering, and guest logisticsOversee daily office operations, including reception, supply management, and equipment maintenanceHandle mail, packages, and conference room schedulingThis contract-to-hire position will work onsite 5 days a week. The role is paying up to $23.50/hour while temporary, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance.
