About the role:
- Talent Strategy: In partnership with Talent leaders and HRBP, execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and promotes a culture of continuous learning and leadership development.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to build strong pipelines of future leaders and support current leaders in enhancing their management capabilities.
- Learning and Development: Identify and manage the development of learning programs that enhance skills, competencies, and capabilities, enabling employees to perform effectively in their roles particularly ensuring personalized development to provide opportunities for growth based on identified gaps from performance reviews.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to global employees, including Talent Assessments, to foster a culture of development and feedback.
- Metrics and Analytics: Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs, making data-driven decisions to improve talent strategies and outcomes.
- Program Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, milestones, and key metrics for development solutions ensuring deliverables meet objectives while recognizing and managing dependencies between other HR initiatives. Leverage tracking and reporting tools necessary to accurately and efficiently document program status, issues, and risks.
- Learning Facilitation: Develop and facilitate engaging talent development training solutions incorporating innovative methods of delivery within the 70/20/10 learning and development approach.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in related fields.5+ years’ experience in human resources, talent management, or learning and development.Experience in designing or implementing development programs that drive business results.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
