The Contract System Administrator provides day-to-day administrative support of the contract lifecycle tool as well as general oversight and upgrade support. This position will be the primary liaison across all functional groups for the support of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) application. The Administrator must provide exceptional guidance in the areas of application support, process governance and improvement, data analysis and retrieval, report generation and general application activities. Position will be expected to help shepherd usage of the tool across the organization while managing and maintaining the system in an efficient and effective manner.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Troubleshoot system issues and answer business process questions
+ Lead business activities relating to system upgrades; work with customer success team to coordinate system release upgrades, special projects, and conversions
+ Act as the primary liaison with business stakeholders and vendors
+ Look for opportunities to optimize the current configuration and make suggestions accordingly
+ Gather requirements from stakeholders and perform testing of new or updated features as needed
+ Maintain and update contract templates across key departments
+ Monitor important configurations such as approval chains, workflow, users and role permissions
+ Log tickets for enhancements and lead business discussions with contract tool
+ Perform analytical work supporting business objectives at varying levels of complexity
+ Ensure each contract conforms to departmental requirements and meets their objectives
+ Develop standard reports, including scorecards, to communicate KPI performance to various levels within the organization
+ Train and develop users on the contract tool and provide best practices
+ Assist with any vendor related support or access requirements for collaboration
+ Contract application administration including:
+ Creating and building reports
+ Maintaining and updating Master Data taxonomy (contract key components)
+ Data analysis
+ Creating/Updating queries
+ User administration including assignment of roles and user access levels
+ Coordinate with the business stakeholders and operating units to provide application support, identify training needs, and make recommendations for functionality and business process improvements
+ Assist in the support of a strategic roadmap for the overall contracting process
+ Assist with internal and external performance benchmarking
+ Conduct presentations needed to assist in the adoption, training, and/or usage of the tool(s)
**MINIMUM Requirements**
**Preferred Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or related fields
**Experience**
+ 2-3 years of experience with vendor and/or employee contracts
+ 1-2 years of experience supporting IT or customer-related applications
+ SQL and/or query knowledge a plus, but not required
+ Business Analyst experience a plus, but not required
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Ability to read and interpret legal and technical document requirements
+ Strong presentation skills; comfortable presenting in front of small or large groups
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels in an organization with tact and professionalism
+ Strong analytical skills; the ability to see data and provide analysis of the findings.
+ Ability to make vital system decisions and recommendations
+ Passion to provide white-glove great service to internal customers
+ Demonstrated success performing flexibility within a fast-paced environment
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented
+ Self-starter with the ability to prioritize deliverables and meet deadlines
+ Extensive experience with Microsoft products such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience creating pivot tables, charts, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations
