Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing supplier relationships, tracking contract renewals, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple projects. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to operational efficiency and cost-saving strategies. Responsibilities: • Prepare and raise purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with suppliers to onboard them and negotiate favorable terms as needed. • Verify asset details and service coverage requirements in coordination with the Operations Team. • Maintain detailed contract tracker information to ensure timely renewals and updates. • Facilitate communication and approvals with internal and client stakeholders. • Safely store and organize contracts and demand sheets for easy access and security. • Monitor and manage invoice pools in partnership with the Operations Team. • Lead and attend client review meetings to discuss contract performance and updates. • Support data integrity initiatives and contribute to savings strategies. • Manage short-term and long-term projects, adapting to evolving priorities. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in contract support, contract management, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Smartsheet experience is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels. • Proven ability to analyze and work with complex datasets. • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenging scenarios. • Skilled in negotiation and building relationships with suppliers. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously. • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
