Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM are encouraged to apply.** The position is responsible for preparing, negotiating, and administering multiple contracts pertaining to the various key suppliers. This would include working with the contract through all phases until completion (pre-proposal through closeout) with a variety of suppliers. The incumbent performs risk assessments of proposal/contract terms and conditions. They will also be responsible to formulate and execute strategies to minimize potential risks and maximize value and expenditure to the business.
