**Sr. Sourcer**
+ **The Opportunity** The Talent Acquisition team at Proofpoint is seeking a **Sr. Talent Sourcer** to help us continue growing and hiring exceptional talent worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role requires someone with proven experience identifying and engaging candidates across technical functions, up to and including the executive level. We’re looking for a professional who can adapt to diverse market conditions and understands the art of presenting not just a role, but also the broader opportunity and future potential when connecting with top talent globally.
+ **What You’ll Do** Cybersecurity isn’t just another SaaS product—it’s a critical requirement for every company to operate safely. That’s why attracting and hiring the right people is both a challenge and an exciting opportunity for a senior-level sourcer. In this role, you will:
+ - Partner closely with recruiters on key positions, participating in intake meetings with hiring managers before sourcing highly qualified talent.
+ -Leverage market data and insights to inform recruiters and hiring teams about potential challenges for specific roles or locations.
+ -Collaborate on sourcing strategies and build pipelines for future hiring needs, guided by business priorities, hiring plans, and talent requirements.
+ Beyond active requisitions, you’ll also support regional recruiting teams in building strong pipelines for Proofpoint-hosted recruiting and informational events. Working alongside our Talent Branding team, you’ll help identify and directly engage potential candidates across North America, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA.
+ **Your Impact** As a Sr. Sourcer, you’ll elevate the recruiting function by sharing your expertise and approaches with the broader team. From mentoring emerging sourcers to leading knowledge-sharing sessions, you’ll take pride in seeing your methods put into practice, driving meaningful hires across the organization.
+ You’ll bring your skills, experience, and sourcing expertise to Proofpoint, and in return, our Recruiting team will provide you with the tools, resources, and partnerships you need to thrive in your career here.
**What you bring to the team**
+ 8+ years’ experience in a sourcer or recruiter role, supporting technical functions and senior level hiring
+ Ability to carry ~15 requisitions as a sourcer, while delivering high quality candidates and providing a stellar experience for the hiring team
+ Competence influencing using metrics and market data analysis
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and internal relationships while delivering consistent, positive engagement with team members and clients
+ Broad experience producing tracking, trending and status reports based on your req load

+ You have the desire to continually learn new sourcing methods, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
+ You are able to set expectations, and create / scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
+ You are passionate about “the chase” and building long term relationships with potential candidates!
+ You enjoy working on niche-y and specialized roles in various reasons. You are always up for the challenge!
+ You function well as an individual sourcer, but are able to partner and collaborate well with your broader team on larger initiatives
+ You think bigger and broader about constantly evolving the way you attract talent and engage with candidates
+ You have your finger on the pulse of high tech related to talent, in various markets
+ You have the ability to source quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of a fast growing organization
+ You communicate clearly and are able to deliver well written, concise candidate screening notes for the recruiter and hiring teams
