Contract Recruiter / HR Generalist
**Contract Recruiter / HR Generalist (Manufacturing)** **Location:** Loveland, CO **Pay:** $36–$38/hour **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | Regular Office Hours **Duration:** 2–3 Month Contract A well-established manufacturing facility in Loveland is seeking an experienced **Recruiter / HR professional** to provide immediate support for the next 2–3 months. This role will support both recruiting and core HR functions for the facility. We’re looking for someone with a professional, approachable demeanor who is confident, decisive, and comfortable providing direction to hiring managers. The right person can step in quickly, move hiring processes forward, and ensure HR policies and compliance standards are upheld. **Key Responsibilities** **Recruiting & Staffing** + Post job ads and manage candidate pipelines + Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews + Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers + Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records + Maintain candidate communication and ensure timely hiring decisions **HR Administration** + Support onboarding and offboarding processes + Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems + Assist with payroll data entry and benefits administration + Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws + Prepare basic HR metrics and reports **Employee Relations & Support** + Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions + Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures + Assist with employee relations matters and internal HR projects **Qualifications** + Prior Recruiting and/or HR experience (manufacturing environment preferred) + Experience with ATS and HRIS systems + Strong organizational and communication skills + Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices + Ability to lead hiring conversations and confidently guide managers through the process This is a great opportunity for a hands-on HR/Recruiting professional who can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
