Seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding for technical and corporate roles across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and finance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings
Strong knowledge of employment laws and OFCCP guidelines
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or similar)
Proficiency in sourcing candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
Ability to manage high-volume and surge hiring requirements
Familiarity with onboarding compliance and offer negotiation
Experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics
Preferred Skills:
Experience with technical and manufacturing recruitment
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations and government contracting requirements
Knowledge of defense industry roles and terminology (e.g., systems engineering, CNC, AS9100)
Ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill and cleared positions
Military recruitment or veteran outreach experience
Recruitment certifications (e.g., AIRS, CIR, PHR/SPHR)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruiting for positions in engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and finance
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
Source active and passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels
Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics
Issue offers and support compensation discussions
Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance throughout the process
Collaborate with HR and security teams for smooth onboarding
Attend and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
Execute recruitment marketing strategies to enhance employer branding
Analyze recruitment data and improve sourcing methods accordingly
Pay: 30-40

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
