Contract Performance Management Analyst (Remote)
**What you will do** As the Contract Performance Analyst you will support Enterprise Account Management in the Orthopedics group in post-deal management of complex financing agreements. + Develop a support plan to effectively mitigate any downstream issues in implementing contract deals (from a rebate perspective). + Be responsible for successfully integrating Rebate and Admin Fee contracts into standard Contract Performance Management rebate tracking processes. + Ensure all rebates/premiums/carve-outs are processed accurately and on time through the Model N system (target of 100% completion per month). Completion shall be defined as processed, paid, and/or sufficiently acted upon. In instances where payment is not paid in a given month, the analyst will be expected to properly notify all affected parties. + Support the development of reporting to provide various groups with information needed regarding the number of Ortho contracts involving rebate and admin premiums transferred (from contract inception and through last payment period), monthly status of rebates/premiums/carve-outs and any additional reporting needed to support the applicable Business review process. **What you need** Required + A completed bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: including v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas Preferred + Professional work experience in contract management + Prior experience working in an ERP system such as Model N, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards $58,700-118,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
