1+ years of experience in a receptionist based roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approachFamiliarity with scheduling systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or insurance verification preferredAbility to multitask effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume settingOrganized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly in person and over the phoneSchedule appointments, confirm patient information, and manage daily calendars for providersVerify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, and ensure accurate entry of patient data into EMR systemsHandle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when necessaryCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience

This is a contract opportunity set to last at least two month and is paying up to $20.50/hour depending on experience.
