**ASnapshot of Your Day** As a Contract Manager in the Gas Services Execution group, you will support the execution of contracts pertaining to the sale and service of Siemens Energy’s portfolio. The selected individual will perform a full range of contractual services during the execution phase of the contract management life cycle. The successful candidate will work independently and as a member of a regionally based multidisciplinary team concurrently engaged in multiple projects. Your primary task is the contractual and legal support in the field of commercial contracts during the execution of national and international large-scale projects and service contracts by means of analyzing contracts, identifying contractual risks, drafting and negotiating agreements, documenting, defending and enforcing claims, and advising and supporting project and site management in the central project business. **HowYou’ll Make an Impact** + Draft,review, analyze, modify, and negotiate contractual documents, change orders,and amendments for existing projects in execution. + Handleclaims and support potential settlements. + Summarizerisks for review and approval by management. + Providingadvice/recommendation and interpretation of contract requirements, obligations,and risk exposure to the applicable business partners. **WhatYou Bring** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in law,business, business administration, or other relevant degree. Advanceddegrees in Business or Law are preferred but equivalent experience isacceptable. + 2+ years of experience in a relatable positionpreferred. + Demonstrated success in handling complex contracts,able to handle multiple projects at the same time and claim management. + Self-driven individual with the ability to formulatelogical and pragmatic approaches and make effective recommendations toaddress complex issues. + Strong negotiations skills with the ability to supporta matrixed negotiating team. Flexibility to adjust to changingrequirements, schedules, and priorities. + Experience with commercial contracts desired.Experience in industrial or energy markets preferred but not required.Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
