Job Description

As our Contract Management & Export Control Intern, you will join a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This internship is a concrete opportunity to put into practice the skills acquired during your academic journey in Law, while working alongside experienced colleagues in contract management, compliance, and export control.

You will be trained to:

Take on responsibility: Support daily contract management activities, including drafting, reviewing, monitoring deadlines, and archiving. You will also contribute to corporate secretarial tasks such as preparing minutes and managing legal documentation of corporate bodies.

Experience cooperation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments, gaining exposure to different areas of the company while learning how legal processes support business activities at a global level.

Help shaping the future: Contribute to compliance activities by preparing supporting documentation and analyzing commercial information relevant to export control procedures. Your work will help ensure the company meets regulatory standards and supports sustainable business growth.

Use creativity and scope for development: Monitor legislative updates, collect key insights, and prepare reports for the team. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities to improve internal processes and strengthen compliance practices.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Education:

Master’s degree student or recent graduate in Law.

Personal Skills:

Excellent knowledge of EnglishKnowledge of German is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.Interest in corporate law, contract management, and compliance topics.
