You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

How you will contribute

Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

Purpose of the Role

This role will support the enterprise-wide roll-out of the DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. It will act as the Go-To person for functionality questions as well as functionality training.
 
The role holder will need to be an expert in CLM systems, as well as all functionalities associated with the relevant system and its APIs. The incumbent in the role will be required to run reports from the CLM system and drive Continuous Improvements, efficiency, and any other benefits for functions utilizing the CLM system.
 
Periodically, the role holder will have to run training to ensure increased adoption of the CLM system.  

Main Responsibilities

Go to the person for any technology & functionality questions on CLM.Hold trainings periodically.Support Operational Governance and manage ongoing Support and enhancements.Go To person to assist the Contract Management Office (CMO) and assist Buyers / Sales reps to raise legal contracts in CLM.

 
Experiences Required & Role Implications

Significant technology expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (DocuSign preferred, but also iCertis, Zycus, etc).4-5 years Industry/technology expertise, allowing for the quick building of technology API/linkages from various infrastructure technologies into our CLM system.Savvy communication skills to ensure implementation roll-out to MDLZ functions are supported across all stakeholders through adequate communication.Influencer & technology savviness.

 
Functional Competency

CLM Technology Expertise, good understanding of what a contract repository can drive.AI expertise, having interacted with AI models & tools.Project management skills.

Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
