About the Role

Airswift is currently seeking experienced Senior Contract Specialists to support a major operatorship transition within the energy sector. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project with a leading operator.

Key Responsibilities Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships Execute end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes Maintain and update contract portfolios, including scope, pricing, and amendments Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements Support category strategy and share relevant market insights About You Proven experience in contract management and procurement Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in procurement systems and PtP processes Commercially minded with a focus on value and risk mitigation Able to work independently with minimal supervision Experience: 5–10 years in equipment & material procurement OR craft labour background (working with enterprise agreements)
