**The Opportunity**
We have an opportunity for the role of Contract Implementation Specialist within our **Core division** , based in Lake Forest, IL.
This role provides administrative and analytical support for the Contracts and Pricing team, with a primary focus on processing and implementing sales contracts in Model N.
**What You’ll Work On**
**Contract Implementation & Management**
+ Ensure timely implementation and processing of sales contracts (reagents and service) in Model N, including:
+ Manual keying or quote import
+ Entry of rental/service fees and reagent pricing
+ Audit and implement sales contracts using Model N
+ Resolve existing contract conflicts.
+ Perform ongoing database maintenance to ensure accurate reporting.
**Contract Strategy & Risk Analysis**
+ Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization.
+ Work with various levels of personnel to analyze and solidify the overall contract strategy.
+ Participate in and prepare for contracting strategy meetings.
**Support & Communication**
+ Act as a resource and provide requested data to the sales organization regarding current pricing and contracting policies/programs.
+ Meet deadlines and update clients (peers, management, sales, etc.) on status.
**Compliance & Quality Awareness**
+ Understand and remain aware of quality consequences from improper job performance.
+ Maintain awareness of potential device defects in areas of responsibility (e.g., product design, verification, validation, manufacturing, testing)
+ Carry out duties in compliance with established business policies.
**Professional Conduct & Collaboration**
+ Exhibit professional behavior with internal and external business associates.
+ Build productive working relationships that reflect positively on the company.
**Process Improvement**
+ Assist in updating departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Perform other duties as assigned, according to the changing needs of the business.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Associates degree required
+ Two to four years’ experience directly related to contract administration
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Relevant experience in commercial sales contracting within contract administration, preferably in the biotech or healthcare industry
+ Previous contract management or implementation database experience preferred
+ Prior experience in healthcare, biotech, or the sales industry is a plus
+ Experience with the Model N system
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (minimum intermediate level)
+ Familiarity with tools such as Outlook, SAP, and CMS Next is preferred.

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
