Contract HRBP
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (Onsite 1 day/week)

A startup biotech client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to bring on a Contract HRBP for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as an HRBP, ideally within a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR solutions support and consultation to leadership and their teamsServe as a point of contact for managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary mattersManage full lifecycle recruitment for open rolesProvide hands-on, operational support for all HR matters impacting your employee population

Qualifications:
