Job Title: Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Golden Valley, MN (Fully Onsite)
Type: Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Pay Rate: $28-$32/hr (Depending on Experience)

Beacon Hill's client, a growing technical services provider in Golden Valley, MN, is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to support high-volume technical hiring. This is a contract role with potential for long-term placement, ideal for someone with 2-3 years of recruiting experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to support both recruiting and HR functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 20 open technical roles (Service Desk, Tech Support, Tech Sales, Software Development).

Maintain and optimize the ATS and recruitment workflows.

Source, screen, interview, conduct background checks, and facilitate offers.

Partner with hiring managers to develop inclusive job descriptions and hiring strategies.

Build and maintain a diverse pipeline through proactive sourcing.

Onboarding

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.

Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, hiring managers) for day-one readiness.

Conduct onboarding sessions and support new hire orientation.

HR Support

Assist with general HR tasks including data entry, compliance, and updates to HRIS systems.

Support internal communication and help interpret basic policies and procedures.

Qualifications

2-3 years of recruiting experience required; technical or IT recruiting strongly preferred.

Proven ability to source candidates and manage high-volume requisitions.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards.

Must be comfortable working fully onsite
