Pipeline Facility Operator

Location: Cold Lake, AB

Type: Contract

Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension

 

Join one of the our biggest oil and gas client's team and play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient operations across LACT sites, terminals, and field facilities.

 

What You’ll Do:

Operate and maintain pipeline facilities and terminal equipment. Ensure compliance with regulatory and operating approvals. Manage Scala data inputs, truck ticket tracking, and customer communications. Monitor truck scales for accuracy and maintain facility documentation. Support field operators and foster strong customer relationships. Perform sampling, testing (density, temperature, BS&W), and truck unloading duties. Assist with equipment repairs, maintenance, and safe work practices. Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to the team. Drive continuous improvement and develop site-specific procedures.

 

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and be on-call. Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
