**Our client, a Big 5 Bank, is currently looking to hire for a back office banking operations professional to join their team in downtown Toronto! This role would be primarily work from home, with expectations to work in office once per month in downtown Toronto!** Department: Managed Products Operations – Fees & Reconciliation Teams Overview We are seeking a proactive Fees & Reconciliation Specialist to support our Fees and Reconciliation teams. This role involves making fee adjustments, supporting quarterly and mid-month volume spikes, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts. Key Responsibilities: Make adjustments to client fees as instructed by branches. Support quarterly and mid-month volume increases, providing coverage for holidays and vacations. Assist with account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs. Work across both Fees and Reconciliation teams as needed. Utilize Excel (including macros) and internal systems (Teams, 360, RAS (internal), Broadridge). Participate in cross-training and shadowing with team leads and processors. Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new systems. Maintain clear communication and strong attention to detail. Attend in-office meetings once per month. Qualifications 6+ months of banking operations experience Strong MS Office (Excel: Using spreadsheet, manipulating data, data entry test and excel test required). Strong communication skills Duration: 12 month contract with opportunity of extension OR conversion to permanent Pay: $23/hr Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
