THE OPPORTUNITYLive Nation operates a national Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) network across live concert venues in the U.S., powered by a mix of industry-standard and proprietary tools. We are seeking a DOOH CMS Platform Strategy Consultant for a 6-month contract to lead the evaluation and selection of a unified CMS and campaign management platform. This role is critical in shaping the future of our DOOH operations by streamlining workflows, replacing internal tools, and supporting scalable growth. Key Project Deliverables Discovery & Audit + Deliver a comprehensive assessment of current tools, integrations, and workflows. + Gather and synthesize requirements from stakeholders across ad operations, sales, product, and venue teams. + Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Platform Evaluation + Research and compare leading DOOH CMS platforms (e.g., Broadsign, Vistar, VisionEDGE). + Score vendors against Live Nation’s requirements including: workflow management, UI/UX, reporting, network control, SLAs, and cost. + Provide analysis of platform flexibility for varied screen formats and venue environments. Recommendation + Present a clear recommendation (or shortlist) of platforms to replace internal tools. + Outline trade-offs, pricing models, and implementation considerations. + Define priorities for migration and operational change. Transition Roadmap + Develop a phased migration plan covering: + Timeline and milestones + Resource requirements + Training and documentation + Risk mitigation + Governance and long-term platform ownership What You Bring + 5+ years’ experience in DOOH or digital signage platform strategy. + Hands-on expertise with CMS platforms (e.g., Broadsign, Vistar, VisionEDGE). + Proven track record in software/platform transitions or large-scale migrations. + Strong understanding of scheduling logic, playback rules, proof-of-play reporting, and content workflows. + Demonstrated success managing vendor evaluation and negotiation processes. + Excellent project management, documentation, and presentation skills. + Experience in live events, media, or entertainment environments a plus. DURATION: 6 months (contract)LOCATION: Flexible / Remote with occasional onsite collaboration as neededIMPACT: This engagement will directly shape the foundation of Live Nation’s DOOH growth strategy.
