Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Contract Data Domain Leader to lead execution support for the Contract Data Domain, aligning the client's Contract Management, Legal, Sales, and Data Office around the modernization of contract data models, governance, and integration. The engagement focuses on contract hierarchy, data quality, AI-driven data extraction, and CLM-to-enterprise data flow optimization, ensuring that contract data becomes accurate, trusted, and AI-ready. This role directly supports the Contract Data Model Initiative and related JIRA stories as defined in recent governance discussions. Key responsibilities include: 1. Domain Alignment and Business Liaison -Act as the primary point of contact for the organization on contract-related data topics. -Facilitate workshops with Contract Management, Legal, Sales Operations, and IT to document and validate business requirements. -Align on the scope and ownership boundaries for contract data within the CLM program. 2. Data Model and Hierarchy Definition -Support refinement of the Contract Data Model (CDM), ensuring consistency with enterprise master data and metadata standards. -Partner with Data Architecture to evolve hierarchy and flow between: MSA, SO, NDA, Amendment, Renewal, and Child SO records. -Translate business processes into canonical data elements, relationships, and approval mappings. 3. Contract Data Flow and Integration -Collaborate with IT to streamline data flow between CPQ, Salesforce, Conga CLM, and OIC platforms. -Support implementation of “on-demand data flow” mechanisms and flattening functions for effective terms consolidation. -Ensure alignment with CLM JIRA stories and development timelines. 4. Data Quality and Stewardship -Define data quality rules and monitoring dashboards for key fields (e.g., Payment Terms, Escalation Rate, Agreement Term). -Coordinate with the Governance team to establish stewardship models and issue resolution processes. -Track and report on data remediation progress and system adoption. 5. AI Enablement and Legacy Data Migration -Coordinate with external vendors on AI-driven contract data extraction and abstraction. -Review accuracy metrics (e.g., 98% field match) and validate migration data into the Global Conga CLM platform. -Support the transition from legacy systems by ensuring accurate parent-child and amendment relationships are established. 6. Reporting, Communication, and Change Adoption -Prepare bi-weekly progress summaries and executive-ready updates for the leadership teams and program sponsors. -Document key decisions, scope boundaries, and dependencies. -Champion data literacy and awareness across the contract management ecosystem. Skills and Requirements -10+ years of experience working in contracts with advanced understanding of Contract hierarchy, how MSAs are structured and understanding of the end to end processes within contracts -Experience with Conga for contracts management -Experience leading projects tied to an MDM program implementations or contracts related digital transformation programs -Experience with IT implementations -Basic knowledge of data models -Great communication and collaboration skills to be able to own stakeholder relationships with Contracts, Sales, Legal and technical Data Architecture teams -Process oriented with an analytical mindset -Experience with Oracle CPQ -Experience standing up an MDM program
