What You'll Do

Key responsibilities:

Prepare client contracts after receiving the proposal from the operations team

Review the scope of work and the financial terms of contracts

Coordinate end-to-end with all stakeholders (Senior Team, clients, vendors/service providers, legal teams) through to final contract signature

Follow up internally and externally to speed up the signature process for client and supplier contracts

Screen/evaluate new vendors/service providers

Monitor and follow up on invoicing and collections to reduce payment delays

Key skills:

Fluency in French and English

Strong work ethic and service orientation

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and operate efficiently within an organization

Effective written and verbal communication

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality
