Contract Coordinator - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Birmingham - Full Time

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Mitie team on a 9-month fixed-term basis. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you'll play a key part in supporting the delivery of facilities management services across a varied portfolio.

What are the main responsibilities?  

You will be creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports in line with client requirements through to managing client inboxes and responding in a prompt and professional manner. You will also work to support any PPM and remedial works that need planning alongside the Scheduler and Administration teams. You will also:

Coordinating out-of-hours access for reactive and quoted works Leading weekly client calls to review quoted and reactive activities Handling financial queries, raising purchase orders, and supporting invoicing processes Overseeing store refit and refurbishment activities as directed by the client Managing CAFM tasks including asset updates, onboarding new buildings, and coordinating asset collections Carrying out other ad hoc duties as required by the Account Manager

What are we looking for?

You will have prior experience working within the facilities management industry with knowledge of hard services in a coordination or site support role in which you have a flexible and adaptable approach to work. You will also:

Strong time management and prioritisation skills Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities A self-starter with initiative and a collaborative mindset High attention to detail and accuracy Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Confidence in suggesting improvements to enhance team efficiency
