Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Review PSA’s, DHI Sales, JDE, change orders, and amendments for accuracy. Obtain approvals and send to appropriate partiesScan check copies to DHI Sales including earnest money/option deposits and ensure all earnest money is received by titleReview, prepare and maintain closing packagesOrder termite letters and perform follow-upUpdate and maintain the closing calendarCommunicate and follow-up with title, sales staff, and the construction department to ensure timely closingsUpdate and distribute daily, weekly and month-end reportsUpload all required documents including the Certificate of Occupancy and verify that all necessary parties have copiesReview the closing disclosure for accuracyFile all required closing documents including original closing disclosures, plans, lender letters, purchase agreements, etc., in the lot filePerform general clerical assistanceComply with corporate requirementsConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyD.R.
