Contract Coordinator
For our office in Willebroek we are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team. As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a crucial and pivotal role in supporting data and contract management within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and implementation of sales interactions with customers, focusing on retaining existing clients and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, you will take ownership of projects related to contract management and pricing administration. This position is part of our Commercial Excellence department and will work closely with a team of four customer excellence officers as well as the colleagues of the sales department and tender management. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Excellence for the BeNeLux region. You contribute to our main goal : Creating a future worth living. For patients. Worldwide. Every day.
As Contract Coordinator, you will perform a feisty role that requires you to be a strong, confident and communicative team player.
Tasks
Set up offers, administer contracts, and validate prices within the established business framework.Close collaboration with the Sales Team to prepare offers, tender documents. Manage the sales funnel and contract management tool.Assist the Sales Analyst in reporting and provide support to the Sales Team in customer communication.Support Customer Service in answering to customer queries and complaints and resolve these. Referring complex issues to others and ensuring that the customer receives an appropriate response.Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (EDGE) to handle standard issues, escalate complex matters to management, and maintain accurate customer records.Proactively inform customers about changes to products and services.Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team to identify and implement process improvements.Ensure compliance with relevant external regulatory and internal policies to minimize business risk and uphold the organization's reputation.Support operational reviews and contribute to the implementation of innovative processes to drive continuous improvement within the division or function.You are able to translate the (legal) content of contracts into concrete business services.You are at home in many markets and enjoy having both feet in the organisation.Profile
Bachelor or equivalent diploma (in Business Economics or equivalent). > 3 years’ experience in the area of Customer Service, Sales/Business Administration, Inside Sales.Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical technology is a benefit.Proven ability to optimize work processes, driving continuous improvement.Excellent IT user skills, including MS Office, CRM, SAP, and Excel.Native-level proficiency in Dutch and advanced and French English language skills (C1 level). Additional languages are a plus.Experience with (European) tenders in a plus.Soft skills
