Job Title: Contract Auditor
Job Description

The QA Auditor (Contract-to-Hire) will support the CDM organization by reviewing and validating data entered by the CDM team. This role is crucial for ensuring high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal processes. The QA Auditor follows the same core qualifications and training path as CDM Specialists, emphasizing Excel-based reporting and quality validation.

ResponsibilitiesReview and audit CDM team entries for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to process standards.Identify data discrepancies, document findings, and ensure timely resolution.Produce and maintain Excel reports to track quality trends and performance.Communicate findings clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders.Apply training standards consistently to ongoing QA audits.Essential Skills2+ years of Excel experience.Quality experience in assurance, control, or cross-referencing from previous roles.Good communication skills.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsContract exposure is nice to have.Prior QA, auditing, or high-accuracy administrative experience.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting.Strong documentation and organizational habits.Ability to collaborate effectively within a structured operations team.Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm schedule. The position is based in an office setting with a structured operational environment. You will work in a team-oriented CDM setting with clear processes and expectations, and training aligned with CDM specialist onboarding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
