As a Contract and Paralegal Support Specialist, you will join the Contract Services organization, providing operational legal support to China-focused business activities. The role supports Legal, Procurement, and internal stakeholders by ensuring accurate contract documentation, effective contract lifecycle management, and compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to standardization and continuous improvement across Sanofi’s contracting processes.
Main Responsibilities
Support the preparation, review, and administrative coordination of contracts, with a primary focus on China market requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Sanofi policiesAssist in the development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of contract templates and standard contractual documentsConduct research on existing contracts, agreements, and relevant regulatory requirements impacting current and future contractsMaintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract documentation, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and renewals within Coupa CLMaAct as a liaison between Procurement Services, Legal, Procurement, Global Business Units, and Corporate Functions to support efficient contracting processesProvide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes, documentation requirements, and system usageIdentify potential contractual or legal risks and support mitigation actions in collaboration with Legal and ProcurementEnsure contracts adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance requirementsAbout You
Experience in a legal support, contract specialist, or paralegal roleStrong understanding of legal terminology and contract principlesSolid contract drafting and document review capabilitiesAttention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skillsEffective communication and stakeholder coordination abilitiesExperience using contract management tools or legal documentation systemsProfessional-level Mandarin (spoken and written) and fluent English, with the ability to support China-based stakeholdersWhy Choose Us?
