**Purpose of the Role** Under direct supervision, the Contract Analyst supports the Global Sales team by assisting in the development, preparation, and management of contracts for assigned customers. This role plays a key part in ensuring contract accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, contributing to the overall success of customer projects. **Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate with project teams to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions under guidance. + Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing customer contracts. + Serve as a secondary point of contact for small-scale customer projects. + Provide administrative and operational support for small to mid-sized customers and projects. + Support the preparation, review, finalization, and distribution of budgets and contracts. + Maintain and update contract databases and documentation. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Basic understanding of the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with costing models. + Ability to interpret and assist in preparing budgets. + Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external customers. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. **Physical Requirements** + Frequent use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring clear speech perception. + Extensive use of keyboard and computer systems involving repetitive finger motion. + Ability to sit for extended periods during work hours.
