Revise or develop contracts and related budgets, scope of work, and associated documentation. Ensure the scope of work is defined accurately, budgets fully reflect the agreed scope, and any changes are efficiently and accurately incorporated into the main study contract.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Project Management team and other internal stakeholders to develop and maintain study budgets that include all current and projected costs in alignment with study scopeSpend the majority of time collaborating with Operations and Finance teams to update and revise study budgets, primarily using ExcelAssist in the negotiation of legal contracting language using IQVIA Laboratories Global Contracting Policy, approved templates, and fallbacksDevelop and apply a working knowledge of the various IQVIA Laboratories business units to ensure appropriate contract terms across different study typesIndependently develop, review, and manage Agreements including Work Orders, GLSAs, and Change OrdersLead negotiations for assigned Agreements with moderate to high guidance and supportProactively follow up on outstanding contract and budget issues to meet internal and external deadlines while minimizing business and legal riskParticipate, as required, in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the global delivery of contractsProvide accurate and timely updates on the status of contractual documents to management using required systems and tracking toolsAct as the primary customer interface for medium to complex contracts, developing and maintaining strong customer relationshipsAssist and mentor peers, including providing pre‑submission review and approval of documents in line with Contract Management review guidelines, as assignedPerform other duties as assignedEducation / QualificationsRecommended:
