This Contracts Administrator I position in Nashua, NH is a hybrid position that supports the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) program, which provides critical electronic warfare (EW) capabilities for the F-15 Strike Eagle and F-15EX Eagle II aircraft. This opportunity is to be part of a dynamic and vibrant team within the Tactical Aircraft Electronic Warfare Solutions (TacAir) Product Line under the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. The successful candidate will provide support to a variety of contracts across a wide breadth of acquisition phases, including full rate production, sustainment and modernization. This individual will have the exciting opportunity to provide cradle to grave contract support from proposal development to contract closeout.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor s Degree and 0-2 years work experience or equivalent experience.
+ Sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Computer skills to maintain contract records within our business systems as well as prepare reports, presentations, letters and documents.
+ Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
+ Demonstrated research and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
+ Eligible for a US DoD SECRET level clearance or higher.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and export regulations.
+ Experience working with the United States Government and/or prime contractor organizations.
+ National Contract Management Association (NCMA) membership and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certifications are a plus.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $56401 - $95881
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
