\n\t\t\t\t\t

Purpose:\nTo perform diversified duties in assisting the Marketing Manager. To coordinate and participate in marketing and sales support services for PSI products and markets.\n\nReports to: Marketing Manager\nHours: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, 40 hours a week\nOnsite everyday in Milford, CT\n\nTypical Responsibilities:\n•\tProvide direct sales and customer support including product drawings, literature, samples, sample cases, bid follow up, pricing and delivery\n•\tManage the collection, storage, maintenance and distribution of requisite sales and customer information including quotations, acknowledgments, invoices, BIP list, correspondence, cross reference lists, sales orders and other data bases as needed\n•\tAssist with marketing communications, promotions and literature development, support literature and catalog requests, prepare binders and other promotional materials, and oversee mailing and distribution\n•\tAnswer phones, screen calls and take messages\n•\tOversee all clerical functions of the department, copy and collate reports and related documents\n•\tPerform data entry and verify for accuracy\n•\tAuthority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to the product, process, and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and control further processing or delivery of the nonconformance until it has been resolved.\n•\tPractice 5S improvement methods to reduce paper and improve productivity\n•\tMaintain safe working environment by following company safety procedures\n•\tQuality Policy — Although you will not be required to memorize PSI's Quality Policy, you should be able to explain it and its impact on your job.\n•\tPerform other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
