Contract Administrator
Description Purpose: To perform diversified duties in assisting the Marketing Manager. To coordinate and participate in marketing and sales support services for PSI products and markets. Reports to: Marketing Manager Hours: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, 40 hours a week Onsite everyday in Milford, CT Typical Responsibilities: • Provide direct sales and customer support including product drawings, literature, samples, sample cases, bid follow up, pricing and delivery • Manage the collection, storage, maintenance and distribution of requisite sales and customer information including quotations, acknowledgments, invoices, BIP list, correspondence, cross reference lists, sales orders and other data bases as needed • Assist with marketing communications, promotions and literature development, support literature and catalog requests, prepare binders and other promotional materials, and oversee mailing and distribution • Answer phones, screen calls and take messages • Oversee all clerical functions of the department, copy and collate reports and related documents • Perform data entry and verify for accuracy • Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to the product, process, and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and control further processing or delivery of the nonconformance until it has been resolved. • Practice 5S improvement methods to reduce paper and improve productivity • Maintain safe working environment by following company safety procedures • Quality Policy — Although you will not be required to memorize PSI's Quality Policy, you should be able to explain it and its impact on your job. • Perform other duties as assigned Skills Contract administration, Contracts administration, inside sale, marketing strategy, Contract, Sales, Customer service, Data entry, Purchasing, Administrative support Top Skills Details Contract administration,Contracts administration,inside sale,marketing strategy Additional Skills & Qualifications General Qualifications: Requires: • Strong organizational, planning and phone skills • Demonstrated knowledge of inside selling typically gained though three to five years of related experience • Demonstrated written, verbal, math, interpersonal and organizational skills • Demonstrated knowledge of computer skills and working with company wide information systems • Willingness to work in a team based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
