Administrative tasks within the admin team and supporting the wider success of the contract

\n\n\n

Ownership and management of a number of Excel trackers

\n\n\n

Making phone calls, sending emails and data inputting

\n\n\n

Shared email inbox management

\n\n Processing weekly invoices from key suppliers\n\n

\n

\n\nConfident using MS Outlook (emails) and Excel – function\nGood attention to detail for data input into various system\nGood Communication Skills - Confident making phone calls \nExcellent time management\n\n
