Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contract Administrator to join our team! In this role you will get to manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project, including claims, variations, payments, and compliance with contract terms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing contract administration, claims, variations, and payments.

Preparing correspondence, cost reports, and contractual recommendations.

Monitoring contractor compliance with contractual obligations.

Maintaining change control logs and contractual risk registers.

Evaluate and recommend interim payment certificates

Advise on contractual risks and mitigation strategies

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or related discipline

15+ years of experience with major building projects, 3+ in Qatar

Expertise in FIDIC or similar standard forms of contract.

Strong analytical and writing skills.

Capable of managing commercial and legal documentation.

Capable in claims evaluation, contract interpretation, and payment certification

High attention to detail and document control

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

Experience in handling high-value residential and hospitality projects.

Familiarity with ERP and contract management software.

Knowledge of dispute resolution processes.
