Job Description

AECOM México busca un Contract Administration Manager

Buscamos un Contract Manager con experiencia comprobable en la gestión, administración y negociación de contratos de obra y servicios relacionados con obra pública en México. La persona seleccionada será responsable de revisar, elaborar y gestionar contratos conforme a la Ley de Obras Públicas y Servicios Relacionados con las Mismas, así como de brindar asesoría contractual durante la ejecución de los proyectos, identificando riesgos y proponiendo estrategias de mitigación.

Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras:

Redacción, revisión y negociación de contratos de obra y servicios relacionados con obra pública.Interpretación y aplicación de la legislación mexicana aplicable (Ley de Obras Públicas y su Reglamento).Apoyo a equipos técnicos y de proyecto en la gestión contractual y cumplimiento de obligaciones.Identificación de riesgos contractuales y elaboración de reportes y recomendaciones.Coordinación con equipos legales, comerciales y de proyecto.Elaboración de correspondencia contractual (cartas, notificaciones, minutas, etc.) en español e inglés.Supervisión y orientación de personal de apoyo o analistas contractuales.
 

Qualifications

Requisitos Mínimos:

Licenciatura en Derecho (título y cédula profesional) con + 8 años o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

Requisitos Preferidos:

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión contractual en proyectos de infraestructura, construcción o ingeniería en México.Idiomas: Español e inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).Conocimientos técnicos en la Legislación mexicana en materia de obra públicaHabilidades sólidas de redacción y análisis jurídico.Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal, Capacidad de liderazgo, Trabajo en equipo y Organización.
