Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contract Admin Specialist to join
growing team overseeing border wall construction across the southern United States! In this role you will be responsible for managing contract documentation, tracking compliance requirements, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support Contract Modifications – Assist in managing and facilitating contract modifications and incentive/disincentive planning across multiple construction awards, working closely with government client on highly-visible federal program
Assist with Contract Negotiations – Support contract negotiations for professional services, engineering services, and construction programs, including initial awards and modifications
Provide Contract Analysis – Review contractual terms, identify potential risks, and support program leadership and project teams with contract documentation and compliance
Support Contractual Issue Resolution – Assist in developing solutions for contract issues; coordinate with federal clients and subcontractors on contract-related matters
Administer Contracts – Support the customer as their contracting agent in administering prime and subcontracts
Contribute to Business Development – Assist with proposal preparation, contract documentation, and administration activities
Coordinate Government Relations – Support interface with Federal Government Contracting Officers to review and resolve contractual issues, RFPs, and contract terms
Collaborate with Team – Work within a team of Contract Administrators; support contract administration activities and contribute to team objectives
Maintain Contract Documentation – Ensure accurate contract files, correspondence, and documentation in compliance with company and federal requirements
This role requires regular travel to project sites, customer facilities, and contractor locations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
US Citizenship with ability to obtain DHS suitability determination
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
3+ years of prime contract administration experience with a large international engineering and/or construction firm
Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of engineering and construction industry business practices and contract administration
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Understanding of CPFF (Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee), FFP (Firm-Fixed-Price), and T&M (Time and Materials) contract types
Proficiency with contract administration software and PC-based tools
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience supporting contract modifications in fast-paced environments
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Proposal preparation support experience, including initial submissions and change order documentation
Pricing and cost analysis knowledge
Experience supporting contracts with multiple subcontractors and teaming partners
Land acquisition knowledge and experience
Professional certification (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM) or working toward certification
