Job summary:
The Contract Analyst supports the Source to Contract team in delivering excellence across the full contracting lifecycle. This role helps ensure procurement contracts, NDAs and related documentation are drafted with accuracy and efficiency. It also ensures all materials are managed in full compliance with company standards.
Working with Procurement, Legal and business stakeholders, the Contract Analyst enables the business and its suppliers to operate with speed, confidence and control. You will support the execution of contracts, maintain data accuracy, uphold compliance requirements and contribute to continuous service improvement.
What you will be doing:
Deliver high-quality contracting support across the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, amending and processing procurement contracts and NDAsApply approved templates, playbooks and clause libraries to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with company standardsSupport a customer-focused service model by providing timely, responsive and value-driven contracting support to Procurement, Legal and business stakeholdersWork on a ticket-based system to assist internal and external stakeholdersMaintain contract data and documentation within contract management systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and audit readinessEnsure adherence to governance frameworks, policies and procedures, including escalating potential risks or non-compliance to the correct stakeholdersCollaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to resolve contract-related queries and enable smooth execution of agreementsIdentify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer serviceContribute to the improvement of procurement services offered and share best practices across teamsPosition requirements:
3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in the aerospace or defence sectorExperience in contract management or procurement operations, preferably within a global or complex business environmentStrong understanding of contract principles, including drafting, review and negotiation fundamentals.Attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify errors, risks and inconsistencies in contract language or processExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-service mindset and collaborative approachEvidence of delivery of cost savings and value creationUnderstanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defenceCommitted to operational rigourWorking knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, CoupaExperience in contract management toolsProven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectivesWhat do we offer:
