We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Operational Finance Shared Services Department by managing and entering downstream contracts and agreements. This role ensures compliance with company standards related to legal, insurance, and authority limits, while collaborating closely with branch management and the legal team to mitigate contract risks and maintain accurate documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and prepare purchase agreements, subcontracts, and other contractual documents as needed.Monitor the status of pending contracts and maintain organized records of fully executed agreements.Maintain a working understanding of accounts payable invoicing and purchase order procedures.Collect and verify compliance documentation, including insurance certificates and lien releases, from vendors and customers.Assess proposed changes to contract terms and coordinate approvals with branch management and legal, in line with company authority limits.Accurately input and commit purchase agreements, budgets, subcontracts, and vendor details into the Viewpoint system.Manage downstream insurance requests to ensure proper documentation is maintained.Essential SkillsExperience in contract administration and project accounting.Proficiency in Google Sheets and the Google Suite.Familiarity with accounts payable and month-end financial processes.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience working with contracts.Strong attention to detail.Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)is a plus.Work EnvironmentSupport 2–3 branches, managing all contracts for each.Communicate regularly with branch teams to ensure accuracy and progress.Hybrid work setup: in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, with remote work available on other days.Opportunity to contribute to a growing department and advance within the company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $25.00/hr.
