Financial Controller
**Position Overview** The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strong internal controls. The role will report directly to the CFO, and the person will be a key member of the Tunisia Finance team and a partner to the business and a trusted adviser to the CFO and key ADP Tunisia players. **Key Responsibilities** **Financial Reporting & Analysis** + Perform detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and identify performance trends. + Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. + Produce management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership teams. **Budgeting & Forecasting** + Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. + Monitor actual performance versus budget/forecast and explain variances. + Support operational teams in financial planning activities. **Accounting & Compliance** + Oversee general accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting, and fixed assets. + Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. + Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes. **Internal Controls & Process Improvements** + Maintain and enhance internal control systems to safeguard company assets. + Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. + Ensure proper documentation of procedures and financial policies. **Qualifications & Skills** **Education& Experience** + Education Bac+5 / 4 in Accounting or Finance. + 3+ years’ experience. Audit in Big4 + Proficient in all aspects of accounting and finance **Technical Skills** + Strong knowledge of Tunisia GAAP / IFRS. + Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. + Experience with ERP and BI systems will be a plus **Soft Skills** + French and English fluency is essential + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to work under tight deadlines. + Leadership and team management abilities. + Comfortable working with very sensitive data and able maintains a high degree of discretion. + Professional and personal integrity beyond reproach. **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
