Aperçu du poste :

Pour accompagner le développement de notre Direction Financière, nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur de Gestion motivé(e) pour contribuer à la performance économique et à la fiabilité des données financières de l’entreprise.

La finalité de ce poste est d’assurer le suivi et l’analyse des indicateurs financiers, de piloter les budgets et de fournir des recommandations stratégiques aux équipes opérationnelles et à la direction.

Vos missions principales :

Au cours d’une journée type, vous devrez :

Participer à l’élaboration des budgets et des prévisions (forecast) en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles.Suivre et analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et les réalisations, proposer des actions correctives.Produire et fiabiliser les reportings financiers mensuels et trimestriels.Contribuer à l’amélioration des outils de pilotage et des processus financiers.Assurer le contrôle interne et veiller au respect des procédures.Participer à des projets transverses (digitalisation, optimisation des coûts, etc.).

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion ou Audit (école de commerce ou université).Une première expérience concluante en contrôle de gestion ou audit est souhaitée.Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel avancé) et idéalement des ERP (SAP, Oracle…).Capacité d’analyse, rigueur et sens du détail.Bon relationnel et aptitude à travailler en équipe.Anglais opérationnel (niveau B2 minimum).
