Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Engineer
As the CI/CD Engineer in Warsaw, you will contribute to the advancement of the DeltaV system by supporting and optimizing the IT infrastructure behind our development ecosystem. You will enhance test and development environments, build automation tools to strengthen our CI/CD pipeline, and play a key role in migrating development processes to the cloud. Working within an agile, cross-functional team, you will help shape the technology foundation that enables us to deliver innovative and reliable solutions that make the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable. We look forward to seeing your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** · Manage the IT infrastructure that supports DeltaV software development, ensuring a stable, secure, and fully operational environment. · Develop automated tools to strengthen the CI/CD pipeline and support continuous delivery of release‑ready products. · Continuously improve development and testing environments, introducing enhancements that increase the efficiency and productivity of cross‑functional teams. · Support the migration of DeltaV development processes to the cloud and contribute to implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices across the full development lifecycle. · Foster a collaborative and creative engineering environment by reviewing peers’ work, participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, and engaging in internal initiatives such as Hackathons, Tech Talks, and Communities of Practice. · Perform additional tasks aligned with the nature and scope of the role as assigned by the supervisor. **Who You Are:** You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You act with a clear sense of ownership. **For This Role, You Will Need:** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field. · Experience in managing computer networks and IT systems administration. · Knowledge of CI/CD systems and hands‑on experience with the Azure DevOps toolset. · Experience with test automation and scripting. · Familiarity with virtualization solutions. · Understanding of Active Directory. · Ability to communicate fluently in English (B2) and Polish (B2). · Motivation to contribute to the building of products and tools that make the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** · Understanding of MS Azure or similar CICD solutions. · Interest in embedded software development · Interest in the cyber‑security domain. · Experience in designing and maintaining network infrastructure. · Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible/Puppet). · Exposure to BlackDuck, Coverity, and monitoring tools such as Grafana. · Experience with GitHub, PowerShell, virtualization technologies, and Linux/Windows environments. · Knowledge of Dell servers, storage systems, and networking hardware. · Basic understanding of C, C++ or C#. **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
