As a Continuous improvement specialist, you will:

Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost-out programmes.Work directly with Manufacturing and Product Leadership to evaluate product enhancement and cost optimisation opportunities.Coordinate engineering teams in executing continuous improvement and cost-out actions.Manage engineering change processes (ECR/PCB) and track implementation progress.Facilitate workshops and events to generate actionable improvement ideas.Monitor and report on improvement KPIs

To be successful in this role you will:

Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.Solid experience in continuous improvement, cost optimisation, or Lean Six Sigma roles.Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement projects.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.Excellent communication skills.Fluent in English.Experience with change management systems and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
