Job Description A client is seeking a CI Specialist for a direct hire position in La Grange, GA. This person will support company efficiency improvement projects intended to optimize production performance including but not limited to operational improvement processes, waste reductions, and problem solving methods. Focus will be on continuous improvement processes using identified metrics that support safety, quality, delivery, and cost reduction initiatives. Team members in this role will analyze current processes as well as research and analyze technical data to identify process inefficiencies and determine potential solutions and/or improvement opportunity areas. Team members will also report on improvement suggestions and assist with implementation and training on approved improvement solutions. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties 1. Implement process improvements to reduce cost, increase efficiency and improve working conditions at all sites. 2. Analyze how process changes will affect overall production and the ADVICS products. 3. Perform compliance auditing for 5S, standardized work, process point maintenance, and ownership maintenance. 4. Prepare detailed audit follow-up documentation with suggested improvements information. 5. Supporting manufacturing shop floor improvements at all sites 6. Teach ADSNA 3 pillar fundamental classes. 7. Assist in prioritizing improvement plans to meet company goals. This activity includes longterm forecasting/impact with all stakeholders. 8.
