The role requires focus on innovation whilst creating network solutions to capture and implement customer change requests. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** + Working to support a Global customer managing multiple operational and financial driven project initiatives + Evaluating and analyzing the network focusing on both structural and process perspectives to design and develop innovative approaches to continuous improvement + Develop solutions initiated through customer requests to drive positive customer experience and network enhancements + Analyze commercial, operational, and financial implications of all proposed initiatives + Prepare, test, implement and monitor all changes + Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders throughout all projects ensuring alignment with correct UPS functions to drive efficient and effective change management (operations, IT, finance, customer care, program managers and customer) **What you will need:** + **Education** : A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management + **Experience** : At least 2 years of work experience in supply chain logistics including project management.
